We still manufacture septic tanks in Northern Ireland. Whilst the bulk of tanks are usually water treatment tanks there are still some new builds in Northern Ireland where the ground has good percolation and the client can get passed for a basic septic tank.

There is good savings in using a septic tanks however you will need to factor in extra money for labor and grounds-work. The main reason for this is that you will need to dig, stone and pipe a soak-away through your ground. You need to ensure that the soak-away is within your site boundaries as this can cause problem with mortgages.

Our septic tanks are made from 45N precast concrete. They are extremely strong and completely water tight. Once set into the ground they tanks will be there for life. We offer a 40 year structural warranty with our tanks which is something you will not get from plastic or GRP tanks.
